Sinem Kobal (born 14 August 1985) is a Turkish television and film actress.

She started her acting career in a sitcom, Dadi as Dilara Giritli. She has starred in many other films such as Okul, Ayakta Kal, Selena, Lise Defteri, Dunyayi Kurtaran Adam and Nefes Nefes’e. She will star in Romantik Komedi which is due to be released in February 2010.

She has appeared in many television advertisements in Turkey, including Gencturkcell and Bingo. She has been dating the captain of the Turkish football team Galatasaray, Arda Turan, since August 2009. They got engaged in January 2010.
